How do I register as Vendor?
- Click on Vendor Register link on the bottom of the home page
- Registration Page will enter
- Enter the basic details required for registration
- Mobile Number will be your user id, please enter valid mobile number as all communications will be received on this number
- Click on the Get OPT to get the OTP on your Mobile No entered
- Enter the OTP received in the Enter OPT field
- Read and accept the Terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox
- Click on Register button
This registration form will be received to the Admin. Admin will validate the details and confirm the registration.
How do I update working hours and other business rules?
- Click on the Vendor Login link on the bottom of the home page
- Login to the vendor via user ID and Password

Field Name Remarks Business Type Select business Type from the list. If your business is not available, please mail us at [email protected], we will get it added. Business Name Enter Business Name Vendor Name Enter the business owner name Description Enter short description about your business. This will be displayed on the search list. Services Enter services offered by you. These will be used to search for services by customers Address Enter business location address State Select state of your business location address City Select City of your business location address. This will be used by customers to filter the search Postcode Enter post code of your business Area Enter area of your business location address. This will be used by customers to filter the search Latitude/ Longitude Click on the Get Lat Long button. Google map will open and set the pin at your business location. System will capture the latitude / longitude automatically. Icon Image Select icon to be displayed on the profile Business Image You can upload the business images displaying the services offered by you. These will be displayed on the profile in the search screen - Click on the submit button. You will get the confirmation message once the profile is updated.

Field Name Remarks Working Days Enter the working days in the week between 1 to 7 Off Day Enter the Off days of the business e.g. Monday. You can enter multiple values too. Make sure the sum of Working days and Off days should be equal to 7 Maximum Appointments per day Enter count of appointment which you accept in a day Avg. Time per appointment in Minute Enter the average time (in Minutes) for each customer. This will be used to set the default end time in the appointment. The end time is editable in the appointment booking page Open Time Enter the time when the business opens for customers Close Time Enter the time when the business closes Appointment Window Start From This is the time where the window for customers will be opened for booking. This time should be less than the Open Time. (This time difference is mainly the time required for business for cleaning and preparation) Appointment Window Close From This is the time when the window for booking for customers will be closed. This time should be less than the Close Time. This is to make sure that close time of business is honoured and employee go home on time. Type of Appointment This field has two values Fixed Slot – This is applicable for business where appointment is given by time. Typically, walk-in appointments are not entertained. Suits more for Dentist, Advocates type of business Running – This is applicable for business types where customers are walk in customers, customers are assigned sequence no and they are services are rendered based on the same. Businesses such as Saloons, doctors, Path labs. Overlap Appointment This is allowed to understand if overlap of appointment is allowed for same date and time slot. System will by default allow duplicate till Sitting capacity even if value is set as No. On setting value as Yes, system will not restrict on times. Sitting capacity This is to capture how many customers will be handled at a time. E.g. If a saloon has 3 chairs then the count will be 3. If dentist has 2 chairs so value will be 2, if only one customer can be handled at a time, then value should be 1 Waiting capacity This will be the count of customers can be kept as waiting at your business. This is used where Type of appointment as Running. System will automatically communicate to customer when the count of wait list comes under waiting capacity so that he/she gets time to reach your location. This also reduces the rush at store.
I have registered by my business is not visible in search list?
Once the registration details are updated and subscription details are sent, the admin validates the details shared and on confirmation your listing will be visible.
Another reason is that the subscription is ended, please buy subscription
What should I do if I get an error?
The product is tested thoroughly, but any point of time, if you get a system error, please send us mail with screenshot and steps (if possible) at [email protected]. We appreciate your support to make the product stable.
Can I get the product customized based on my requirement?
The new suggestions/ requirements are always welcomed. You can send us the same from “Contact Us” menu. The product is continuously growing and your feedbacks will be incorporated if they are in line with the product objectives.
What to do if customer didn’t turn up after appointment?
You can cancel the appointment and update the comment as customer didn’t turn up.
Can I take appointment if the customer is not registered in appointment.in?
Yes, you can take the appointment even if the customer is not registered. There is an option “New Appointment” on left panel, where you can enter details and appointment can be booked. OTP is send to customer to ensure the mobile number entered is correct.
How can I change the password?
The password can be changed from the profile menu after login.
